Reversed, Justice reveals dishonesty, systemic unfairness, or refusal to take responsibility for your errors. You may be making excuses, playing the victim, or suffering from biased judgement. In relationships, Justice asks for equity in the parts that are easy to leave unmeasured: emotional labour, domestic load, whose career bends around whose. It favours saying the imbalance aloud. Reversed, it alerts you to a partnership where accountability runs one way, to a version of events being rewritten, or to your own reluctance to admit a fault you have already privately conceded.

Work & direction
Professionally, it concerns contracts, fair process, and outcomes that reflect actual merit. It favours legal matters, formal complaints, and any situation where the paperwork will decide it. Reversed, it warns of unfair treatment, terms that do not say what you were told they said, or a workplace where politics outranks contribution and everybody has agreed not to mention it.

Spiritually, Justice treats consequence as neutral mechanics rather than divine verdict. Actions produce effects, and the work is seeing them clearly without either excusing or dramatising. Reversed, it indicates a gap between stated principles and actual conduct, or a moral standard applied rigorously to yourself and generously to nobody else.
