Pisces adds permeability, the difficulty of telling where your emotion ends and someone else's begins. The path is present and passable, but it must be walked without full visibility. Reversed, The Moon most often means the fog is lifting. Something concealed becomes visible, a fear proves disproportionate, or a distortion you had been treating as fact loses its grip. Less frequently it indicates confusion that has been suppressed rather than resolved, where the anxiety has been pushed under and continues to operate without acknowledgement.

Reversed, it marks clarity arriving, whether through disclosure or through a fear simply dissolving under daylight.

Professionally, this card warns against acting on incomplete information or office atmosphere rather than fact. Restructure rumours, a manager's unreadable mood, a sense that something is being decided above you. It counsels gathering information before reacting. Reversed, it signals the situation clarifying, or a misreading of a colleague's intent being corrected.

Spiritually, The Moon governs dream material, symbol, and the unconscious content that surfaces in forms requiring interpretation rather than literal reading. It favours dream journals and patience with material that does not yet make sense. Reversed, it cautions against dismissing this material entirely, or against treating every unsettling feeling as a message.
